Право владельца привилегированных акций определенной серии получать при ликвидации компании б?льшие суммы в расчете на акцию, чем владельцы других серий привилегированных акций и тем более — владельцы обыкновенных акций. Обычно это право оговаривается и реализуется с помощью специальных коэффициентов.
